Alletta Emeno serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Ardent Credit Union, where she leads marketing strategy, deposit product development, public relations, research and segmentation, creative direction, and community engagement. Her work focuses on driving membership growth and positioning Ardent to stand out in a crowded financial services marketplace. This approach helped the organization earn the title of Philly’s Favorite Credit Union in The Philadelphia Inquirer’s annual reader contest for three years in a row.

Alletta has led high-impact deposit and lending campaigns, expanded Ardent’s earned media presence, strengthened digital engagement, and developed strategic brand partnerships, including sports team and NIL collaborations.

Before joining Ardent, she held senior marketing and strategy roles at Meridian Bank and Beneficial Bank, leading initiatives involving product development, research and analytics, CRM implementation, and branch expansion. Earlier in her career, she worked at Econsult Corporation and spent more than a decade at The Philadelphia Inquirer, where she led the Computer-Assisted Reporting Team and earned multiple national and regional journalism awards.

Alletta holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Miami and previously served as president of the PennJerDel Bank Marketing Association.
